Biographical / Historical
William (Bill) Ward Whitson (1927-2011) was a lifelong resident of Hollywood Florida. He is the son of Edwin Whitson a salesman from Illinois and Edyth Whitson from Indiana. He enlisted into the army at the age of 19. At the age of 24 Whitson married Mary Ann Wood in 1951, she passed in 1967.
