Scope and Contents

The paintings and artifacts series contains 14 Haitian artworks collected by Vivian D. and John H. Hewitt. The paintings and artifacts were created by the following Haitian artists: Luce Turnier, Lucner Lazard, Fran Venge Valcin, Herve Telemaque, Jean-Enguerrand Gourgue, Carlo Jean-Jacques, L. Janvier, Charles Obas, Alexandre Gregoire, and E. Paul. The series is organized alphabetically by title.
